About our Founder

James Lewis

Micro Logic was founded by James Lewis, a Computer Science graduate of New York University. In 1980 he founded publishing company Micro Logic. In 1986 he authored the first version of Tornado Notes – the precursor to Info Select, a Personal Information Manager. In 2003 he launched eMachineShop, a revolutionary online approach to custom manufacturing. In addition to computers and software his interests include remote-controlled model gliders, manufacturing, electric scooters, and the game of GO.
